Executive Chef – Lalit Kumar
1. Can you tell us about your previous experience?
I hold a degree in Culinary Arts from Monad University, Delhi, and bring 16 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. My expertise spans modern Indian cuisines, including Awadhi and Mughlai specialties, as well as western culinary traditions. I have honed my skills across all facets of kitchen operations while working with prestigious hotel brands such as Radisson, Ramada by Wyndham, Clarks Group of Hotels, and Sarovar Group of Hotels. Additionally, I have successfully managed over three pre-openings of diverse quick-service hotels and F&B outlets across India, showcasing my proficiency in launching and operating hospitality venture
2. How would you describe a typical day at Skyview by Empyrean?
Each day at Skyview offers me the rewarding opportunity to share new skills and knowledge with my team. Beyond supervising daily operations and curating the menu, I take immense joy in leading interactive cooking sessions, which my team finds both engaging and inspiring.
