Key Deliverables | · Deputies for the General Manager in his absence. · Assisting GM in day-to-day operations. · Work alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations · Conduct regular operations meeting with all HODs to discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets and guest feedback. · Plan and direct SBE main operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, guest satisfaction. · Be responsible for maximizing profit through the consistent delivery of the highest standard of service · Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOPs throughout all Departments. · Be responsible for all day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise in Skyview By Empyrean. · Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings, · Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations. · Conduct regular fire, health and safety, grooming audit. Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities · Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same · Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures · Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures, Ropeway Rescue Process and operate equipment safely and sensibly · Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers · Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements and sharing the same with SBE Management |

Position Requirements |
· Well-developed communication and customer relations skills. · Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure. · Knowledge of Property Management System & Channel Manager is required. · Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field. · Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs. · Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience as Front Office Manager/Rooms Division Manager |
