Many who visited spoke of Skyview as a revelation where a mountain was not merely a backdrop but the very essence of a luxurious retreat.
In February, Skyview by Empyrean became a sanctuary for immersive togetherness. Valentine’s Day was a celebration—where the invigorating mountain landscapes, candlelit dinners, and serene moments in nature set the stage for unforgettable memories.
March marked a moment of recognition for Skyview by Empyrean, as it was proudly honoured with the prestigious FICCI Award for Excellence in Maintenance Systems. This achievement stands as an attestation to our relentless pursuit of offering a mode of efficient sustainable urban mobility. Through meticulous maintenance, rigorous evaluations, and adherence to global best practices, we have continued to set benchmarks in India’s mountain tourism eco-system, ensuring that every guest experiences not just adventure, but also unparalleled luxury and safety.

A Season of Snow and Serenity at Skyview
The first snowfall at Skyview by Empyrean brought a hushed stillness, interrupted only by the distant hum of the Skyview Gondola, gliding effortlessly above the frosted treetops. It wasn’t just a ride; it was an invitation—an ascent into a world where mobility met magic. As visitors boarded, the valley stretched below like a living postcard, a pristine landscape untouched except for the winding trails left behind by adventurers. The gondola, an engineering marvel, not only offered a breathtaking perspective but also stood as a symbol of sustainable travel, reducing the need for winding, fuel-intensive road journeys.
On the ground, winter unfolded in all its splendour. For thrill-seekers, the snow-packed terrain became a playground—ATVs roared to life, leaving tracks across powdery trails, while laughter echoed from the zigzag zipline, where riders soared above the valley, wind-whipped and exhilarated. The magic carpet ferried young explorers up gentle slopes, carving fleeting imprints in the snow before they raced downhill in a playful liberation.
To complement the adventure, Skyview introduced exclusive winter offers, ensuring every visitor could craft their perfect escape. The Winter Stay Package provided an immersive two-night, three-day retreat with breakfast and dinner, a 25% discount on all activities, a complimentary Gondola and Magic Carpet ride, and a 10% discount on Hands of Gold products. For those seeking an adrenaline rush, the Adventure Combo offered a thrilling mix of a 3 km ATV ride, archery, and a choice between the Tubing Sledge and Zigzag Zipline. Meanwhile, the Gondola + Adventure Combo blended breathtaking views with exhilarating rides, including a return ropeway journey.
Gastronomic delights were also woven into the winter experience. The Fly and Eat Combo paired a choice of a vegetarian or non-vegetarian fixed meal with a return Gondola ride, while the Fly and Bite Combo offered a chef’s selection of snacks and a hot beverage—ideal for warming up after a day in the snow. For a simpler culinary indulgence, the Meal Combo provided a hearty, chef-curated meal at an unbeatable price. Guests who planned were rewarded with an early booking offer, unlocking an additional 5% discount on all bookings made at least five days in advance.
This winter, Skyview also played host to unforgettable school picnics, where children bundled in bright scarves and mittens discovered the joy of their first zipline ride, the thrill of untouched snow, and the delight of a meal shared against the grandeur of the Himalayas. The visit was more than an excursion; it was an introduction to the wonders of winter, teaching young explorers that nature’s playground was boundless.

Couples arrived, leaving behind the bustle of daily life, and stepped into our residences which offered a symphony of panoramic views—majestic peaks bathed in golden sunrise hues, and the Skyview Gondola gliding over snow-veiled forests. The warmth of wood-panelled interiors, the inviting luxury of plush beds, and the charm of private sit-outs turned these spaces into havens of comfort.
Each day unfolded like a beautifully scripted love story. Mornings were filled with unhurried indulgence—steaming cups of coffee enjoyed on balconies overlooking nature’s masterpiece, followed by lavish breakfasts at The Banana Leaf, curated to delight the senses.

I began my career in the Food & Beverage department, where I learned firsthand the significance of guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Over time, I gained expertise across multiple departments, including Housekeeping, Front Office, Sales & Marketing, and eventually, Hotel Administration. Having worked with esteemed hotel chains, I have acquired a deep appreciation for diverse hospitality standards and guest expectations. This exposure has shaped my leadership approach, enabling me to craft exceptional experiences that align with global best practices.
