Message from the Group Executive Director

The height of summer brings with it a distinct clarity of light, of landscape, and of purpose. At Skyview by Empyrean, this season represents a time when nature reveals itself in its most vivid form, and our destination delivers on its promise of immersive, high-altitude hospitality.
As the summer unfolded between April and June, Skyview by Empyrean delivered a refined blend of adventure, relaxation, and cultural immersion. From sweeping gondola vistas to thoughtfully curated ground-level activities, each experience was purposefully designed to reflect the essence of the destination. Signature offerings such as the Summer Stay Package, Adventure Combo, and Fly & Eat enabled guests to engage deeply with the region while enjoying the consistent standard of comfort and hospitality that defines Skyview.
The Navratri culinary experience at Banana Leaf was a thoughtful expression of tradition. With a rotating thali menu crafted in a dedicated vegetarian kitchen, the offering resonated deeply with guests seeking both authenticity and serenity.
This season also witnessed an inspiring confluence of tourism and culture as prominent figures from Indian cinema visited Skyview. Their admiration for the landscape and experience is a testament to Patnitop’s growing place on the national map and to the emotional and aesthetic value Skyview adds to every traveller’s journey.
As we look ahead, our focus remains unwavering – to serve with intention, grow with purpose, and contribute to the sustainable future of the region. Skyview by Empyrean is a vision realised elevated by nature, guided by culture, and grounded in responsibility.

Celebrating the Charm and Experiences of Summer At Skyview
There’s something almost poetic about the way summer unfolds at Skyview by Empyrean. As dawn breaks over the hills, the landscape stirs to life. Sunlight spills across emerald meadows, casting a golden hue over the dewdrops clinging to wild grasses. Birds begin their morning chorus, their song rising softly through the whispering pines, while a flock of sheep grazes peacefully in the distance, adding a gentle rhythm to the waking day.
From between the blades of grass, summer flowers bloom in quiet splendour – vibrant, unassuming, and full of life. Bees move busily from blossom to blossom, and butterflies float with unhurried grace, painting the air with their delicate dance. It is in these simple, unfiltered moments that the soul of Skyview reveals itself. Yet, beyond the stillness lies the promise of adventure. As the day stretches out under the vast mountain sky, guests find themselves immersed in experiences that range from the exhilarating to the deeply restorative. The gondola glides silently over the forest canopy, offering sweeping views of the valley below. On the ground, the thrill of ATV rides, archery, tubing, and ziplining keeps the pulse of summer alive, while families bond over laughter on the magic carpet and children find wonder in every corner.
Summer at Skyview by Empyrean is an invitation to live fully. Thoughtfully designed experiences such as the Adventure Combo, Gondola plus Adventure, and Gondola plus Meal packages, including Fly and Bite and Fly and Eat, offer the perfect blend of excitement and indulgence. Mealtimes become celebrations, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian fare served amidst panoramic views. Each bite, whether under the morning sun or against the backdrop of twilight hills, becomes a memory in the making. For those who wish to slow down and soak in every moment, the Summer Stay Package offers a well-rounded escape. Starting at ₹10,999 plus GST, it includes a one-night, two-day stay with a buffet or TDH breakfast and dinner at Banana Leaf Restaurant, along with a complimentary return gondola ride and the Magic Carpet experience. Navratri Flavours Served with Warmth at Skyview
Nestled amidst pine-covered slopes and kissed by the crisp mountain breeze, Skyview by Empyrean celebrated Navratri with an experience as pure and serene as the hills themselves. In the calm embrace of the highlands, the spirit of devotion found a delicious companion in the Navratri Thali, served with warmth at Banana Leaf, the property’s signature vegetarian restaurant.
As the valley glowed in the soft afternoon sun and the mountains stood tall in quiet reverence, guests were invited to indulge in a sacred culinary tradition. Each thali, prepared in a dedicated vegetarian kitchen, carried with it the simplicity of sattvic food and the richness of age-old flavours. From the crunch of sabudana vadas to the delicate aroma of kuttu ki puri, every dish was a tribute to the soul of the festival.
From 30th March to 6th April, guests were treated to a traditional Navratri Thali. No two days were alike. The menu shifted gently like the mist over the ridgelines, offering something new with each sunrise. Thoughtfully designed by Skyview’s chefs, the daily variations brought freshness and depth, keeping the experience vibrant and inviting throughout the celebration. A special section of Banana Leaf transformed into a festive retreat quiet, graceful, and touched by tradition. Large glass windows framed panoramic views of the hills, while the soft hum of devotional music lingered in the background. It was the perfect place to sit back, slow down, and savour the moment.
The mountains watched silently as families gathered, stories were shared, and memories quietly took root.
At Skyview by Empyrean, the Navratri experience became more than a dining ritual. It was an invitation to connect to the land, to tradition, and to the warmth that rises when food is served not just with hands, but with heart.

The journey began with a graceful arrival.
