Skyview by Empyrean, a leader in sustainable mobility and tourism infrastructure in India, proudly launched the fourth installment of the country’s most picturesque hill race—the Patnitop Marathon 4.0—on May 26th. The event was meticulously planned by K.A. Sports and Events, established by Kapil Arora, a triathlete who has completed the Iron Man 140.6 miles, and received support from the Patnitop Development Authority and Jammu and Kashmir Tourism.

The event was honored with the presence of Brigadier Shantanu Kashyap, Sena Medal, Brig Aviation HQ, Northern Command as the chief guest. Additional notable attendees included Deputy Commissioner Udhampur – Ms. Saloni Rai, IAS; Joint Director Tourism – Ms. Sunaina Sharma Mehta, JKAS; and CEO Patnitop Development Authority – Sh. Devender Singh Bhau, JKAS.

The marathon featured races in several age divisions: 18-35 years, 35-45 years, 45-55 years, and 55 years and older, across a 21.1km half marathon and a 10km run. Additionally, a 5-km non-competitive run was available for entrants aged 5 years and older.
