The past quarter has been particularly rewarding as Skyview by Empyrean continued to strengthen its position as a destination that seamlessly integrates tourism, learning, and meaningful engagement. Our collaboration with leading academic institutions and the participation of students, educators, and thought leaders reflect the growing relevance of experiential environments in shaping future-ready perspectives.
Equally encouraging has been the vibrant summer season, during which travellers from across the country chose Skyview as a setting for exploration, connection, and memorable experiences amidst the Himalayan landscape. Nurturing Future Leaders Through Experiential Learning
Over the past few months, Skyview by Empyrean has continued to strengthen its commitment to educational engagement by welcoming some of the country’s brightest young minds and distinguished academic leaders.
In April, more than 100 students from IIM Jammu participated in an immersive bootcamp that blended learning, collaboration, and personal development. The programme was further enriched by an inspiring interaction with DC Udhampur, Sh. Menga Sherpa, IAS, whose insights on leadership and perseverance left a lasting impact. The month also marked a proud milestone as Skyview welcomed its first government college student group, further advancing its educational outreach initiative and commitment to accessible learning experiences.
Building on this momentum, May saw over 140 IIM students engage in a three-day academic bootcamp, while June featured a prestigious Principals’ Meet attended by leaders from some of India’s premier educational institutions. Together, these engagements reflect Skyview’s growing role as a destination where learning, inspiration, and meaningful experiences converge.

A guest once experienced an unexpected technical issue during their visit. Our team resolved it promptly, ensuring their experience remained uninterrupted. Their appreciation reinforced that every role, including those behind the scenes, contributes to creating lasting guest memories.

Technology is at the heart of seamless operations. By ensuring the reliability of our digital infrastructure, communication systems, and hotel management platforms, I help create an environment where our teams can deliver exceptional service and guests can enjoy every moment without interruption.
