I completed my B.Sc. in Catering Science and Hospitality Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, and underwent industrial training at the Hotel Holiday Inn, Panchkula, Haryana. Over my 11-year career, I have gained valuable experience working with various esteemed establishments including Holiday Inn Panchkula, Vivanta by Taj – Pune, The Lalit -Chandigarh, 10 Downing Street- Patiala, and Zone by the Park – Pathankot. My key expertise lies in restaurant pre-opening, event management, menu planning, inventory management, problem-solving, planning and implementation, innovation, as well as training and development.
